		<description>In their defence, their looks are a critical part of their tool set.  The point being made here is about age appropriate hair. I guess age appropriate faces goes with it but as far as Hollywood goes looks count and you cannot blame these women for trying to look as attractive as possible.  And why point the finger at the women when the men are doing it too? 

They could do the surgery and still have age appropriate hair.  You think?</description>

		<description>Susan Saradon is another one.  She&#039;s 65 this year and still has those long tresses.

She says she had no problem with menopause (54) because she had a healthy diet and life style all her life.  She took supplements not B/HRT.

What pisses me off is these women have all had plastic surgery. And are then are held up as the &quot;ideal&quot;.  So the ideal even at 65 is still unreal.</description>
