Damn, I knew I forgot to do something!

Breast feed!  New research from the Women’s Health Initiative study which has just been released shows breast feeding can reduce your post-menopausal risk of diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol as well as heart attack and stroke.  Just one month of breast feeding can reduce your chance of diabetes, HBP and high cholesterol.  One year (not all at the same time) gets you 20% off diabetes, 12% off HBP, 19% off  high cholesterol, 9% off  heart attack and 20% off stroke!

However some doctors do not accept a causal relationship saying that other factors might be at play.  One theory is that breast-feeding women might lead healthier life styles. What? Than the lazy bitches who bottle feed?

I never breast fed. Couldn’t. Don’t fancy being classified as less healthy than women who did.
