Catchy headline but completely OTT.  Suggesting women prepare for menopause at 30 is like telling kids who get their first pay check to start planning for retirement.  While it all sounds like good advice, it kinda takes the fun out of  ... life!  If we start preparing for menopause at  30, when should we start preparing for puberty?... »
