Or is grey the new bleak? Who knows.
But if menopause is becoming the new women’s movement then there are some out there pushing for grey hair to be the movement’s T Shirt. And when you expose those roots, you’ll find a whole website devoted to the subject of going natural grey gray.
Ready to ditch the dye? Not me. I’m leaving that decision for 60.

Grey? Yes we all go grey and lots of us are gray. But if you work in big business or even small business, neither is acceptable. I’ve started saying things to people in a work situation, blaming menopause for forgetfulness, or begging forgiveness for being late because of hormones. And they don’t like it! We need to talk about it to others more than to ourselves, grey or gray, either way, the world needs to know about it.
We might be outing menopause in the media but in the workplace it’s like referring to having your period. Way too messy to deal with.
