Yes we all go grey and lots of us are gray. But if you work in big business or even small business, neither is acceptable. I've started saying things to people in a work situation, blaming menopause for forgetfulness, or begging forgiveness for being late because of hormones. And they don't like it! We need to talk about it to others more than to ourselves, grey or gray, either way, the world needs to know about it. Grey? Yes we all go grey and lots of us are gray.
